The Metallic Silver, Hyper Crimson, Black, and Anthracite color palette gives the shoe a sleek, technical appearance while maintaining connections to the original R9 design. The Vapor R9 was developed for Brazilian football legend Ronaldo and became especially notable for its full-synthetic construction and distinctive flowing lines designed to support ball control.
